The origin of the company. Over fifteen years we assembled more than 500 hectares in Kurzeme and put it to work through two operating farms.
Roņi-1 - organic cattle. An organic beef-cattle operation on an estate near Liepāja, including land of recognised ecological value under Natura 2000 designation.
Contrario Agro - grain. Conventional grain farming across the productive balance of the Kurzeme holding.
A 400+ MW onshore wind pipeline in development.
A 50% joint venture developing a 400+ MW onshore wind pipeline in Latvia. Land rights secured; projects advancing through environmental impact assessment.
A platform developing grid-scale storage in selected markets.
A 50%-owned platform developing grid-scale battery energy storage projects in Latvia and selected international markets.
Atmodas dārzs, a city-block development in Liepāja.
A 50% stake in a mixed-use real-estate development shaped around cultural, hospitality and community uses.
A stake in Tiny House Factory, a modular timber-housing manufacturer.
A 50% financial investment in Tiny House Factory. Held as a financial position, alongside our land, energy, and real-estate activities.
